Analysts said Malaysia’s palm oil exports have been affected by the ringgit’s recent surge. Expectations of higher production and stocks in 2H were also capping the price of the commodity.The ringgit rose to a 13-year high against the US dollar on Monday, breaching the RM3 mark for the first time since October 1997.According to market surveyor Intertek, Malaysia’s exports of palm oil fell 7.7% to 865,593 tonnes in the first 25 days of April.
